Educational Qualification for FSSAI Group A & C 2026

Post Name	Educational Qualification
Joint Director	Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. Desirable: MBA, LLB, or Master’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Medicine, or a related field. Officers holding analogous posts or having 5 years of regular service in the prescribed pay level are also eligible.
Manager (Information Technology)	B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related discipline OR M.Tech. in a relevant field OR MCA from a recognized University/Institution. Officers holding analogous posts are also eligible.
Junior Assistant Grade-II	Passed 12th (Senior Secondary) from a recognized Board. Officers with 3 years of regular service in the prescribed grade are also eligible.
